Photograph of a standing woman in a dark colored dress holding a hat with a feather and posing with a chair. Taken by Wilmington photographer Emily Webb. The stamp on the back of the photograph reads: "E. Webb's "Union Gallery" No. 302 Market Street Wilmington, Del.". There is also a blue two cent stamp with the face of George Washington on the back of the card.
