This is a letter from Doyle E. Hinton, Executive Secretary of the Delaware Anti-Tuberculosis Society, to the Directors of the Delaware Anti-Tuberculosis Society acknowledging Delaware's origination of the Christmas Seal and its national position in Christmas Seal Sales. The second page includes the top seven states in Christmas Seal Sales per capita from 1929 to 1933. Attached to the letter is the Bulletin of the National Tuberculosis Association, vol. XX no. 10, which references the Delaware Anti-Tuberculosis Society under the subtitle, "Effective Distribution."
