Selections from the Paul Preston Davis Collection. The collection contains Delaware ephemera, photography, rare books and publications, objects, materials related to the Civil War, and materials related to African Americans. The majority of the collection relates to businesses, photographers, and photography studios in Wilmington, Delaware during the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. Some materials date to the eighteenth century and relate to the mid-Atlantic region.
